Leslie Fowler, PQS, GSC, RICS
Leslie Fowler, PQS, GSC, RICS, has over 20 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Canada's construction industry. From project inception to post-completion disputes, Leslie's expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, underpinned by a commitment to excellence.

As a member of the Board of Directors for the Calgary Construction Association, Leslie actively shapes industry standards and champions community engagement. Her dedication to diversity and inclusion is evident through her completion of the University of Calgary's Aboriginal Relations Leadership Training Program and her work with the UN Global Compact Blueprint for Gender Equality Leadership in the Private Sector.
In addition to her commitment to diversity and inclusion, Leslie has an appreciation for education and personal development. Leslie's professional credentials include PQS certification from the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, GSC accreditation from the Canadian Construction Association, and Charter Surveyor status conferred by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), solidifying her industry credibility
With a portfolio encompassing projects ranging from $200,000 to over $5B, Leslie possesses a nuanced understanding of client needs on projects of any scale. She demonstrates respect and transparent communication to navigate industry complexities on every project, serving as a passionate advocate for both the construction industry and the profession of quantity surveying in Canada.
Outside of work, Leslie is a down-to-earth mom who loves hitting the slopes, cheering on her two-favorite baseball teams, and hitting the open road in her family’s motorhome. She is excited to have partnered with Christy El Hage to combine their complementary values, passion and expertise to shape a brighter future for the construction industry and fellow Canadian entrepreneurs.
Christy El Hage, P.Eng
Christy El Hage, P.Eng, is a construction industry professional who is known for her ability to deliver successful projects by understanding the unique needs and values of each client. She leads and manages projects by establishing a unique project delivery strategy for each individual project and client.

Throughout her career, Christy has held numerous leadership roles, including at a prominent construction management firm, followed by the establishment of her own consultancy firm to provide Owner's Representative Project Management services. Her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to delivering exceptional results have led to successful project deliveries across various sectors.
As Align's Principal of Project Management, Christy remains committed to ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services through an innovative project management approach, all while championing diversity and inclusion in the construction industry.
Outside of work, Christy enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling, camping, and supporting her two busy daughters' many activities. Christy recognized the need for a complementary service cost and project management company, which resulted in joining forces with Leslie Fowler. Two motivated entrepreneurs, Christy and Leslie have combined their values and passion to bring excellence to the construction industry, while having some fun along the way.
