This First Nations residential community in Northern Edmonton is designed to be an integrated thriving hub of environmental, social, and cultural components. It will provide approximately 140 below market residential units of various types for Nation Member residents, while also serving as a unifying community asset for the surrounding neighbourhood.

Integrated in the development are unique cultural and community spaces. The focal point is a circular indoor, multi-use, accessible space suitable for smudging, community gatherings, traditional teaching, parties, or can be rented out to the larger community.

The site incorporates circles and curves in the public areas and is designed for maximum natural daylight, a connection to the land, and the integration of outdoor water and fire features. The simple yet elegant design is unique to both the First Nations community and Edmonton as a whole.
