The Banff Canoe Dock is a public waterfront facility located at the north end of the Town of Banff. This scenic site currently includes a dedicated canoe storage rack and a small cabin that functions as the point of sale for canoe rentals, serving both residents and visitors.

The redevelopment project covers approximately 2,100m2 and has been designed to create an attractive, accessible, and environmentally sensitive destination. Key features include welcoming and clearly defined entrances, flexible seating area, and dock elements designed to encourage exploration and interaction with the water. Mature trees are preserved where possible, and native grasses, flowering shrubs, and deciduous trees are introduced to improve biodiversity and enrich the microclimate.
