Bethany Calgary Redevelopment

Bethany Care Society, a faith-based non-profit in Alberta, is developing a 420-bed seniors’ care home in Calgary. The small home design will offer private rooms organized into 14-bed households, each with its own kitchen, dining, laundry, and living room. Amenities include a main-floor bistro, gathering spaces, salon, theatre, recreation and therapy rooms. The upper floors are each themed and incorporate lifestyle areas for games, music, art, and gardening. The facility also features outdoor courtyards and underground parking.
